We proudly engrave “Designed in Louisiana,” and “Swiss Made” on the caseback of every watch. It’s not just a statement, but a guarantee that on your wrist sits a fine timepiece inspired by over 300 years of history, and hand-built, without compromise, by the finest Swiss craftsmen.

But we understand that sometimes life happens. That is why we back our watches with a 24-month mechanical warranty. We will repair or replace any mechanical issues that arise within the warranty period - at no cost to you.

Our warranty covers mechanical issues only and does not cover damages sustained by regular wear and tear or problems resulting from user error, such as overwinding. If you experience issues resulting from wear and tear - a broken crystal, for example - please contact us for repair information. Repair costs will be quoted at the time of inquiry.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your watch within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Watches must be returned in their original packaging - unworn and undamaged.
